FAQ
Can you help me produce my own web series/commercial/movie poster/music video/movie idea?
Yes! I produce all service/commercial work under Crystalline Studios. We primarily produce work in the Greater Philadelphia area, but we are partnered with over 100 production and animation houses all over the USA including PA, NJ, NY, DE, DC, ML, WA, CA, AZ, and MN. We get the job done professionally, on-time, and within budget. Please contact info (at) crystallinestudios.com projected budget, approximate timeframe, and project descriptions. Please note, we produce projects, but we do not fund “ideas”.
Do you work with charities/non-profits?
YES! Most of my clients non-profits or organizations that partner with charities for the greater good. My work with GillespieHall has helped national non-profits learn about social media and marketing on a shoestring. My work with Choose has helped raise thousands of dollars for cancer-fighting charities nationwide. If you are a cancer-fighting-charity that would like to raise money by holding a screening of “Choose”, please contact goodtobeseenfilmsllc (at) yahoo.com.
Since 2006, I have been a top-tier sponsor of Project Twenty1, a 501(c)3 non-profit that helps creatives through film & animation programs. I have donated thousands of dollars and clocked over 2,500 hours of pro-bono work for this organization. As a result of this massive commitment to independent film, Project Twenty1 is my only pro-bono client. I highly suggest you get involved with this amazing organization by visiting www.Razoo.com/ProjectTwenty1 or contact ProjectTwenty1 (at) gmail.com)
What if I do not have a budget?
No Problem! We frequently work with non-profits, charities, and independent creatives before funding is completely secured to determine reasonable budgets for the purposes of fundraising.
But my song/movie idea/karate chopping dog is awesome! If you can’t do it for free, can you show me how you do it so I can do it myself?
Sure! If you’re an aspiring artist that is looking for production partners on indie projects, inexpensive film industry workshops, and networking opportunities, get involved in the Project Twenty1 community. It will take a LOT of time and some investment in your own equipment, but if you want to create for life, this is the friendly place for you.
If you’re trying to get young artists to work on your for-profit commercial venue for free, buzz off. You paid $5 for that coffee and $50,000 for your car – pay your artists. See also: F*ck You, Pay Me.
